Age Shannon & Deb present a check to the 4H Fair just after our broadcast on Friday night, July 11th, 2008,to Pat McKnight and Delores Jones. Over 400 tickets were sold for Pick-it-with-a-ticket. Thanks to everybody who made our fundrasier happen!

TEAM ALPHA SUPER AWESOME COOL DYNAMITE WOLF SQUADRON, sponsored by THE OLDIES CHANNEL, advanced to the semi-finals of The Teen Brain Games 220-40 on Tuesday night (11/11/08) at LTB. On Thursday night (11/13/08) they soundly defeated WBIW 150-60. Moving on to round 3, we were beat by last years champ GM 140-80. We're proud of our team and our entire staff and many listeners showed their support at LTB. Pictured are the great kids from our team.

The Tri-County Builders Team with their medals and trophy.(Left to right: Julie Brassfield, Larry Arnold, Jim Burch, Deb Munson, Mike Shannon. Not pictured, Bob Evans.) Brain Games 8 was won by Tri-Country Builders, beating Ferguson-Lee 160-120 in the final match. TCB beat BRMC 220-120 in the first match and advanced to the finals beating Community Foundadtion in a tie-breaker 160-150. The Tri-County Builders team consisted of Julie Brassfield, Larry Arnold, Jim Burch, and Shannon In The Morning and Deb. Bob Evans was our back-up player. The team gave the grand prize of $300.00 back to the Lawrence County Museum, and took home first place medals. Thanks to all who supported the team!

Our first EVER Blinko© player!
Players were lined up 10 minutes before Blinko© opened! Some waited 15-20 minutes to play their turn.
The line stretched as far as you could see as they waited their turn for Blinko©. At just 1$ a play (6 for 5$), everybody was a winner. We gave out over 900 prizes in 5 nights

At the 2009 Teen Brain Games, The Shannon In The Morning And Deb team from The Oldies Channel.com was the only team representing radio this year. The team made it to the semi finals again this year... way to go!! You guys did great. Mike Shannon was this years MC and Deb was a judge.
